Professor Dr Fernanda Florentino Fernandez Jankov is a Brazilian and Portuguese lawyer whose work brings together private wealth, public law, international law, comparative legal analysis and institutional strategy.

Educated in Brazil and the United Kingdom, she holds a Law degree from the University of São Paulo and a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University. Her work across civil law and common law jurisdictions supports a distinctive understanding of ownership, authority, wealth, succession and cross-border complexity.

She holds a doctorate from the Federal University of Paraná and completed postdoctoral research at the University of São Paulo. Her international experience includes the Lauterpacht Centre at the University of Cambridge, the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and the Institute of Comparative Law in Belgrade. A full member of STEP and a Trust and Estate Practitioner, she advises through a comparative and systems-based perspective.
